Anthropic commits $100 million to train engineers who deploy AI in companies
Anthropic launched Claude Frontier Academy, aiming to train 10,000 engineers by the end of 2027 who take AI into production at client organizations.
The programme starts with a simulated enterprise deployment and a graded assessment, continues with a residency modelled on medical training and ends with certification. The first cohorts include engineers from companies such as Accenture, Deloitte, McKinsey and Morgan Stanley.
The focus is practical: choosing the right process, security review, integration and handover to production.
What it means for companies
The biggest barrier to AI in companies today is not the models but people who can deploy them safely. That is why we combine agent development with training teams at different levels.
